Which system do you use?

On Windows, open Settings → System → About. On a Mac, choose About This Mac from the Apple menu. Note the operating system version and your existing Office edition, which is shown under Account or in the app’s About menu.

Our Professional Plus offer is for Windows

The Professional Plus key linked here and its Windows installation are not intended for macOS. A different key cannot turn a Windows EXE or installation image into a Mac app. For a Mac, choose an explicitly compatible Mac edition; we do not link to a suitable Mac offer here.

Check the applications and purchase contents

  • If you need Outlook, verify that the edition explicitly includes it.
  • A Windows key does not include Office. An Office key does not change your Windows edition.
  • Check the device count and system requirements of the particular offer.
  • A one-time purchase does not automatically include future major releases or the services of a Microsoft 365 subscription.

If you have already purchased from us

Open your personal customer area and follow the instructions for that particular order. For an unsuitable edition or an installation issue, send support your order number, system and exact error before buying another key.
